[Therapy] has made me grow as a person. It helped me deal with negative situations & I learnt a lot about myself in the process. I would 100% recommend Conor as a therapist…
I applied for therapy myself after dealing with bereavements, a break up, family issues and general life stresses. Life had gotten on top of me, and I felt like I needed to find a new way to deal with my issues.
I was fortunate enough to have been provided with Conor as my therapist. I always felt happy and comfortable to talk about anything I felt I needed to. I never felt forced to provide extra information, or discuss anything I felt uncomfortable discussing. Conor ensured I was aware constantly of my ability to discuss what I needed to, in a way that I needed to. It was nice discussing with someone closer to my age, who has been through similar experiences as me. It allowed me to feel seen and understood, reassuring me that it’s not just me who has negative experiences. Conor provided me with questions that helped me view my situations in different ways, that enabled me to comprehend my issues a bit more. I never felt judged while discussing my issues. It was refreshing to discuss my situation with someone that genuinely wants to help, while providing no judgment.
I would 100% recommend Conor as a therapist. I already have! I would say I would like him to be my therapist in the future, however I hope I may not need therapy in the future!!
During my time at therapy, I picked up some new techniques that have already come to use when dealing with my standing issues. I have been able to learn that no matter what is going on around me, I am able to stick to my values, which has made me grow as a person. I have found therapy to not only help me deal with negative situations in my life, but also learn a lot about myself in the process. For that I will forever be grateful for the techniques Conor taught me, and the discussions I had with him during my time at therapy.
